The ErgoGrip stationery handles combine an Activity Zone which is there to enhance your workouts and offers such features as Total Body Trainer and Leg Sculptor. WhisperStride™ technology ensures that the Life Fitness E5 Elliptical Crosstrainer offer's extremely quiet operation and the advanced biomechanics has resulted in an elliptical path that mimics human movement resulting in an extremely comfortable workout. With the E5 you have a choice of two consoles. The GO console is designed for ease of use and provides a range of exciting programmes.
