Retailer description

The days of clunky mountain boots are over! The new Transalper 2 is the modern interpretation of a highly functional, lightweight mountaineering shoe that excels on any terrain and in all conditions. Inspired by trail running, the Transalper 2 offers you the optimum combination of performance, protection and comfort so that you can master demanding, long mountain trails with speed and confidence. The shoe has a comfortable yet sporty fit. The high-performance and durable rubber compound of the VIBRAM® Megagrip sole, which is easy to run on, together with the sophisticated lug design, promises optimum grip on both dry and wet surfaces. The stable TPU heel cap, together with the diagonal heel reinforcement, guarantees a secure hold in the shoe and therefore optimum control on demanding terrain.
